Skippy may technically be over a year old, but this big guy is still a total puppy at heart — he doesn’t hold anything back! If he’s chasing a ball, he puts his whole heart into it. If he’s playing tug-of-war, he’s 100% invested. If he’s mooching tummy scratches, he commits to the endeavor.
Poor Skippy came to us with a fractured front leg. Our vet prescribed a splint and plenty of rest, which means this young dog has a lot of pent up energy. Now that he’s been cleared for all activities, he’s dying to run, play, jump, and generally just be a dog! Ideally, with you.
Skippy is a border collie mix, and he’s got the smarts to prove it. While he’s still working on his manners, he’s a fast learner who is generally eager to please. This looker also has heterochromia iridis, which is just a fancy term for different colored eyes (be sure to throw it around at the dog park).
Do you have room in your home and your heart for Skippy? Come meet him — he’s waiting for you.
