We understand that this may be disappointing news for many pet guardians who rely on these services. Our team is actively working to secure additional funding and resources to potentially revive the program in the future. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the following alternatives for assistance:

- Low-Cost Vaccine Clinic: Get affordable dog and cat vaccines every Wednesday at our Palo Alto shelter, with required online pre-check and services offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pet Food Pantry: The Outreach Program provides resources to low-income pet owners and/or those experiencing financial hardship.
- Financial Grants: If you are in need of assistance to provide veterinary care for your pet, we recommend that you visit our library of additional assistance resources.

Crockett Memorial Fund
The Crockett Memorial Fund provides veterinary care assistance to older adults who struggle to afford medical care for their pets. Through the fund, we provide assistance for medical services through our own shelters when resources are available. Types of assistance available include veterinary services, pet food assistance, preventative care, and spay and neuter services.
