Meet Balto 🐾❄️
Balto is a bright-eyed, big-hearted puppy with a spirit as adventurous as his name. Just like the famous sled dog hero, this little explorer is brave, loyal, and always ready for the next journey — even if it’s just a walk around the block.
At just a few months old, Balto is already showing off his playful personality. He loves chasing squeaky toys, tumbling around with his puppy pals, and discovering new smells on outdoor adventures. After a good play session, he’s happiest curled up beside his favorite human, soaking up belly rubs and giving sweet puppy kisses.

Come meet me at the shelter during open hours, no appointment needed! Our Palo Alto location is open from 12:30pm - 6:00pm every day. Our Redwood City location is open Thursday - Saturday, 12:30pm - 6:00pm.
Adoptions are first come, first serve. Adopters must be over 18 years old and have a valid ID.
All puppies have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. For most puppies, we do not know their breed as we don’t do DNA tests, but we do know their personalities and are happy to tell you about them!
