Yes, my name is Cheese—and I’m just as delightful as you’d hope! I’m a sweet, playful puppy with a soft heart and a goofy streak that keeps everyone smiling. Wherever I go, I bring a little extra joy (and maybe a few laughs, too).
I love to play—whether it’s chasing toys, bouncing around the yard, or discovering new things. Everything feels like an adventure to me!
When playtime winds down, I turn into a total cuddle bug. I love being close to my people, soaking up belly rubs, and dozing off in a warm, cozy spot. I’m the perfect mix of fun and affection.

Come meet me at the shelter during open hours, no appointment needed! Our Palo Alto location is open from 12:30pm - 6:00pm every day. Our Redwood City location is open Thursday - Saturday, 12:30pm - 6:00pm.
Adoptions are first come, first serve. Adopters must be over 18 years old and have a valid ID.
All puppies have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. For most puppies, we do not know their breed as we don’t do DNA tests, but we do know their personalities and are happy to tell you about them!
