Meet Hal, a tenderhearted guy who’s new to the shelter and already showing what a sweetheart he is. A bit shy at first, Hal quickly warms up when he realizes you’re there with gentle love and maybe a tasty treat or two. Offer him quiet company, and he’ll happily lean in for cuddles. Hal is ready to find a calm, caring home where he can feel safe and adored.

Come meet me at the shelter during open hours, no appointment needed! Our Palo Alto location is open from 12:30pm - 6:00pm every day. Our Redwood City location is open Thursday - Saturday, 12:30pm - 6:00pm.
Adoptions are first come, first serve. Adopters must be over 18 years old and have a valid ID.
All dogs have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. For most dogs, we do not know their breed as we don’t do DNA tests, but we do know their personalities and are happy to tell you about them!
