Ellie is a sweet, social girl who loves spending time with people and soaking up all the affection she can get. This lovely lady may be an older gal, but she still has plenty of love to give and enjoys being part of the action—especially if it involves gentle pets and friendly company.

Ellie would likely be happiest in a calm, relaxed home where she can settle in comfortably and enjoy the good life. She’s the kind of dog who appreciates the simple things: cozy spots to nap, leisurely strolls, and quiet moments with her favorite humans.

Come meet me at the shelter during open hours, no appointment needed! Our Palo Alto location is open from 12:30pm - 6:00pm every day. Our Redwood City location is open Thursday - Saturday, 12:30pm - 6:00pm.

Adoptions are first come, first serve. Adopters must be over 18 years old and have a valid ID.

All dogs have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. For most dogs, we do not know their breed as we don’t do DNA tests, but we do know their personalities and are happy to tell you about them!
