Report Health Issues 

If your foster animal is having a medical emergency, please call our medical hotline at 650-421-3009 (8am - 4:30pm, seven days a week) or Sage Animal Hospital at 650-417-7243 (4:30pm - 8am).

If your animal is having a non-emergency medical issue (see foster manuals), please report it to our medical team using the link below. We will get back to you within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

If you feel unsafe, please secure your foster animal in a crate or room and immediately call our animal behaviorist at 650-367-1405 x 256.

If you experience a worrisome behavior with your foster animal (see foster manuals), please contact our behavioral team using the link below. Also use this form for questions about socialization, house training, crate training, or nuisance behaviors. We will get back to you soon.

Fill out OUR ADOPTION APPLICATION

For any animal you foster, you (and your family and close friends) will be allowed to submit the first adoption application. If your application is approved, we’ll give you an approximate pick up date and notify you when the animal becomes available.
