This little girl is a shy but incredibly loving kitten who just needs a little time to warm up. She may initially tuck herself away in a cozy corner, but once she feels safe, she adores curling up in your lap for a nap. Calm and affectionate, Poppy loves being held, showered with gentle pets, and will reward you with happy purrs (especially during belly rubs!). Now fully litter-trained, she’s ready to bring quiet joy and warmth to her forever home.

Poppy will arrive at our Palo Alto shelter by 12PM to meet her potential new family! She is up for open selection awaiting her spay surgery.

History

Poppy was found as a stray and brought to Pets In Need by an Animal Control Officer.
