With her sweet pink nose, expressive eyes, and signature quirky nap poses, Phoebe is a total heart-stealer. She might be a little shy at first, but give her a bit of time and she’ll reward you with cuddles, purrs, and playful affection.

Phoebe was found as a stray and brought to Pets In Need by a good Samaritan.
