Slate is on a mission to prove a groundbreaking scientific theory: some kittens are more affected by gravity than others—and he has bravely volunteered as the primary test subject. Whether it’s through his delightfully clumsy tumbles or his deep devotion to the art of napping, Slate is very committed to his research.

This sweet little scientist is looking for a human with a lap worthy of his life's work. If your lap is cozy, warm, and available for extended cuddle sessions, Slate will consider you the ideal lab partner. He does enjoy playtime (especially if wand toys are involved!), but his experiments tend to be in short bursts—he must conserve energy for more important studies... like napping.

History

Slate was found as a stray and brought to Pets In Need by a good Samaritan.
