Just take a look at this absolute unit of a cat! 

Colby is a very solidly built and handsome young man.  He only weighs about 16 lbs but gravity is strong with him.  He’s very sweet, interactive and chatty.  He wants to know what you’re doing, is very interested in engaging you in conversations and, once he knows you better, belly rubs.  He has an almost doglike demeanor. He’s definitely food motivated and will purr all the way through his meals.  He’s very curious about other cats and is friendly and submissive if he’s met with angst.

Colby likes his own snug retreat like a kennel or a cat cave when he’s ready to rest.  When he wakes up, he’s ready to go and will often get the zoomies.  He likes to play with furry mice, soft springs and wand toys.  He is very gentle with his paws when being petted.  He is an absolute gentleman and delightful to be around. He’s a joy and a love.

Colby would do best in a household that will treat him as a peer and valued member of the house.

History

Colby was surrendered to Pets In Need when their owner could no longer care for them.
