Say hello to Elote, a sweet and gentle soul who’s just beginning to show us her personality! This lovely girl is a bit shy at first, but every day she’s opening up more, revealing a heart full of love and curiosity. She enjoys quiet walks, soft pets, and simply being near her favorite people. Elote is still getting comfortable, but we can already tell—she’s going to be someone’s perfect companion.

Come meet me at the shelter during open hours, no appointment needed! Our Palo Alto shelter is open from 12:30pm - 6:00pm every day.

Adoptions are first come, first serve. Adopters must be over 18 years old and have a valid ID.

All dogs have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. For most dogs, we do not know their breed as we don’t do DNA tests, but we do know their personalities and are happy to tell you about them!
