Despite his small size, Rugar has a big heart and an even bigger personality. His wire-haired coat adds to his charm, giving him a rugged yet adorable appearance that's impossible to resist. And while he may enjoy a good romp in the yard or a playful game of tug-of-war, Rugar's true joy comes from simply being by your side, soaking up all the love and attention you have to give.

Rugar was transferred to Pets In Need from one of our partner shelters in the Central Valley.
