His cautious demeanor is merely a testament to the depth of his loyalty, as he warms up to those who take the time to earn his trust. With a sleek coat and soulful eyes, Wybie is not just a dog; he's a devoted companion ready to fill your home with love and playfulness once he finds the special person or family to call his own.

Notes from volunteers on his Doggy Day Out:

“For Wybie explored Stanford Campus and navigated the crowds at Stanford Shopping Center with me today for his DDO…Wybie mostly ignored other dogs his size or larger. Wybie was a good boy at Stanford Shopping Center, staying by my side as we navigated the crowds in and out of stores. We tried to catch a glimpse of Santa but there were too many kids around (which Wybie walked by). Some pictures from our DDO, attached. I also included a couple of pictures from when he was housed upstairs post-surgery to rest/heal. Sweet boy fell asleep.”  

Notes from his foster:

“The perfect home for Wybie would be someone who is extremely caring and patient with his curious mind. They would love to cuddle and give him as much love as they can to Wybie. It seems like Wybie would do great with another pet in the home so that he has a friend to play with and not be alone. Despite his paw injury, Wybie loves running around and can be a bit clumsy. The ideal adopter would ensure he gets his miles in. Loves Duck Ears and to play around with our resident dog :) he loves cuddles and being by your side! He also loves squeaky toys. He loves giving kisses”
