Help our long-stay dogs find homes

Brie has been with us for over a year! Can you help us find her a home this month? All May, our long-stay dogs like Brie will have reduced adoption fees of just $50. Plus, adopters will receive a dog training scholarship to help with the transition to the shelter. Please help us save our long-stay animals and make room to save more animals.

Meet your new furry friend

Meet Maui, a loving goofball who's mastered sit, shake, and down. Beneath his energetic exterior, he craves a calm, cozy home environment away from busy areas where he can relax and be a couch potato. With basic management, Maui could live with cats. If you're ready to offer Maui a patient forever home, filled with relaxation and adventures, he'll be your loyal companion for life!

MAUI’S ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN SPONSORED BY A GENEROUS PETS IN NEED VOLUNTEER! Plus, he has a scholarship for two free training sessions with a certified trainer from Underdog Academy!

Get Involved

As a non-profit organization, everything we do is made possible through donations of funds, supplies, and time from members of the community. There are many ways to support Pets In Need, including fostering, volunteering and donating cash or in-kind gifts that help us carry out our life-saving mission.

Volunteer your time

We are constantly in search of animal lovers to join our volunteer team and help socialize, exercise, and train our dogs and cats.

Make a Donation

Gifts from the general public are our lifeblood. They allow us to provide our animals with essential care. We are totally supported by private gifts, adoption, and program fees.
